What we offer you:

The Castle Point Sales Management Training Position (SMTP) is recognized as one of the best in the mortgage industry. You’ll work with and be mentored by the top managers in the industry’s premiere company.

Training will consist of 36 weeks of extensive sales training on our proprietary sales model delivered by senior sales management and senior executives, 12 weeks of sales mentor training, and 6 weeks of sales manager development training.
