STEP 1: DEVELOP A PLAN

STEP 2: REVIEW THE PLAN
Once you choose the program best suited for you, we mail you a package with all the necessary documents for you to review. You read the documents, call or e-mail us with any questions, sign the documents and then return them to us via overnight mail at our expense. STEP 3: VALUE YOUR CASTLE
When Castle Point mails the package of documents to you, we also order an appraisal on your home and schedule a convenient time for an appraiser to meet you at your home and assess the value of your "castle."

STEP 4: CLOSE ON YOUR LOAN
Castle Point Mortgage then takes care of everything. Once we have all the documents we need to complete the process, we schedule a closing date-which can be as quick as seven days after you decide on the loan package you want.

Your only up-front cost during the process is for your property appraisal, which we collect from you and pay directly to a third-party appraisal company. It's that easy.
